Hear ye, hear ye! One of Limestone's most cherished traditions is coming back for its 51st year! Tickets go on sale to the public today, October 26, 2024, at 3:00 pm. Tickets are $40 dollars and include a seven course meal and the acclaimed Madrigal singers as well as our most noble court of Richmond, the talented Chamber Singers, our distinguished brass and recorder ensembles, and those urchins aplenty. You will be served by our armada of student pages and wenches, totaling 44 in all. We will have countless other students behind the scenes helping with plating and preparing the food, readying the drinks, and setting up the school. Algebra I students completed a direct variation gallery walk. They used their knowledge of proportional relationships to complete this partner activity. #rocksolid
Honors Biology students finished their multi-day lab of the osmotic processes across a semi-permeable membrane. The process included soaking a raw egg in vinegar, then corn syrup, and finally distilled water with food coloring. Students measured the mass of the eggs and recorded visual observations after each step. Finally, they created a data table and wrote an analysis of what happened each day and why as it applied to the osmotic processes discussed in class. #rocksolid
