Today, Mrs. Hobby, Mr. Bresko, and their students boxed rice & bean bags for 3,850 families in Haiti at the Midwest Food Bank in Morton. Students bonded, supported each other, concurred fears, and worked together to make this day a rewarding/memorable experience! #fearthelaunch

Last week, Tony Rendleman, fire chief at the Pekin FD, spoke with Mrs. Minter's forensic II classes about different aspects of investigating a fire and the fire department. Today, forensic II classes went to the Pekin Fire Department to learn about arson investigation and how ignitable liquid canines are used in those investigations. State Fire Marshall Bobby Jo Brown was there with his canine, Sasha, to give students a demonstration.
