Last weekend LCHS welding students competed at the State SkillsUSA competition. Dylan Bitner Ethan Dixon Brey Jones Derek Monroe Dylan & Ethan tied for 7th! All students did well and demonstrated their skills by welding a birdhouse. #rocksolid

Physics students traveled to Six Flags Great America in Gurnee to learn about and experience amusement park physics. Students used sensors on their phones to record scientific data while riding rides of their choice. They also worked on the Physics Day workbook provided by 6 Flags, which is tailored to the rides at this particular location.

Members of the Automotive Team competed at Mid-Illini. Congratulations to Brady Barrett and Conner Heskett, who placed.

We officially recognized retiring Board Members Gene Sanders and Jim Zachman during the April Board Meeting last night. Both Mr. Sanders and Mr. Zachman have dedicated their time and energy to the board for a number of years/terms and we appreciate their service to Limestone!
