Limestone is so excited to welcome the Class of 2029 to our Preview Night on Wednesday, January 29 ! All incoming students and families are welcome to Limestone to learn about all of the outstanding athletics, activities and academics available at the high school. The program starts at 6:00 PM in the auditorium.

It's time to pre-order Easterseals shirts! There are a few options for the shirts this year:
--> Battle of the Sexes shirts are based on our overall theme this year which is "This is the Greatest Show!" The boys and girls shirts will have the same overall design, the boys shirts will be black and the girls shirts will be red.
--> WhiteOut shirts are for the basketball game(s) against Metamora High School and are based on both school mascots. WhiteOut shirts will get you into the basketball game at Metamora and LCHS for free during the first week of EasterSeals!
PRICES:
Pre-order either a Battle of the Sexes shirt OR a Whiteout Shirt for $15
OR
Pre-order BOTH shirts at the same time for $20 (you save $10!)
Shirts can be pre-ordered during any lunch period through Thursday, January 15. Payment is required at the time of order with cash or check payable to LCHS accepted. Card payment is accepted in the business office for an additional fee.



What's happening today at Limestone

Mr. Walser's Introduction to Engineering Design students started the new semester learning to build, wire, and operate clawbot robots. Students worked in pairs to problem-shoot unanticipated issues to keep their bots performing at peak levels. On the final day of the unit, students brainstormed strategies to be the last bot standing is a game called "swept away."

At the end of the first week of Peoria Area League play for Scholastic Bowl, junior Audra Lannert is currently ranked 8 out of 114 varsity players and freshman Will House is currently ranked 26 out of 122 JV players. Congratulations! #rocksolid
