You are invited!!! The LCHS Winter Guard's Family & Community Performance is on March 28 from 6-7pm in the Main Gym. This will be a send off to championships as we leave the next day for Tinley Park Circuit Championships. It would be great to see the support of Limestone faculty and friends as well as the team's families. I have attached the flyer that also contains a QR code that you can send a good luck note to the team. I will go through some of these during this evening's performance. Coach Scholl is so proud of this team! She says they have come such a long way from the beginning. It's great to see the improvements that carry over into the fall marching season. Hope this program keeps building as we progress and keep getting better! Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to Limestone Moms Who Care, who are the recipients of the Office of the Governor Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service Certificate of Appreciation. This award is one of the highest honors an Illinois resident can receive regarding volunteerism and service in Illinois. It bears the immortal words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “Everyone can be great because everyone can serve”. The Moms Who Care will receive their certificate at a ceremony in April. Thank you, Moms Who Care, for your continuous service to our students and their families! #rocksolid

The boys came in #1 at the Galesburg Streaks Last Chance Invite at Monmouth College today! We were soaring today! 🚀

✔️Nate Silomba equals his PR of 6.34 to take 3rd
✔️4x200 of Logan Smallwood, Kamar Sanders, Nate Silomba, and DJ Brooks takes another win with a new 2A #4 in 1:32.29
✔️Kamar Sanders and Nate Silomba go 1st and 5th in the 200, running 22.98 and 23.96. Nate bests his previous outdoor PR by almost a second
✔️Evan Hermacinski, drops 21 seconds in the 1600 to break 5 for the first time, running 4:54.51
✔️DJ Brooks wins the 60 with a new PR of 7.09 and Logan Smallwood takes 2nd with a PR of 7.14
✔️4x8 of Jackson Manley, Ryota Kammera, Evan Hermacinski, and Blake Schade runs a huge SB of 8:45.84 to take 4th place
✔️Conner Heskett ran a gutsy race in the 3200 to take the heat win with a new season best of 11:17.01
