A new choral scholarship, to be awarded for the first time in spring of 2026, will be offered to a graduating choir senior who exemplifies the traits that made former choir director Mike Morris truly special. Juniors and their parents are invited to attend College Night at LCHS on Wednesday, March 5th at 7 pm. Student Services will discuss how to be prepared for the college search and application process. They will also discuss financial aid and scholarship searches and answer any questions.

Meredith Budde from the Morton Crime Lab spoke to forensics students about different career paths & more specifically, a latent print analyst. Students were able to develop their own latent prints using a superglue fuming method. #rocksolid




The Community Awareness Class went on a field trip to CEFCU, Willow Knolls Movie Theater, and Chic-Fil-A. The students learned how to open a checking and savings account, purchase tickets, and order food at a fast food restaurant. It was a great day! #rocksolid
