Juniors and seniors heard from guest speaker John Weber before taking the Safe Driver/Safe Passenger Pledge. Weber has survived multiple traumatic brain injuries, including one from a car crash. His determination to work hard to overcome obstacles and his humor have kept him motivated and moving forward through the hard times in life. Even while facing difficult bullying situations and realizing new ways of learning in college, John continues to do his best and also care for others. He loves to encourage others and share things that have made a difference in his life.
Creative Fashion students shopped 'til they dropped at Goodwill. They purchased clothes for their unit on fashion upcycling. Stay tuned to see what they create! #rocksolid
